Richard Lee LLB (Hons) Liverpool, Call 2019, (admitted as a solicitor 2001)

Richard is a former solicitor advocate with over 12 years experience of specialising exclusively in family law.

Richard qualified as a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel in 2010 and has frequently been instructed by CAFCASS to represent children in private and public law proceedings, including contested adoption applications.

Richard has represented parents and interveners in public law proceedings involving non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse, drug use and neglect. He has experience of acting for parents in private law disputes involving histories of physical and emotional abuse and in cases characterised by intractable views.

Richard also has experience of dealing with financial remedies in divorce proceedings and contested applications for non-molestation orders.
