Chloe Ogley, led by Frank Feehan KC, appeared before Lord Justice Baker, Lord Justice Lewis and Lord Justice Snowden in the Court of Appeal on behalf of a Local Authority to oppose an appeal brought by the Applicant Mother.
The appeal was lodged due to alleged flaws in the judgement handed down by the lower court following a 3-week fact find dealing with serious non-accidental injuries to a 5-week old baby alongside allegations of sexually inappropriate behaviour.
