Gail Farrington qualifies as Family Arbitrator

11 August 2021

Chambers is delighted to announce that Gail Farrington has qualified as a Family Arbitrator under the IFLA scheme.

Gail is able to accept instructions relating to financial matters following divorce, TOLATA (property disputes between unmarried couples) and Schedule 1 Children Act matters (financial and property claims on behalf of children).

Arbitration offers a cost effective alternative to court proceedings, has the benefit of being able to identify a specialist decision-maker to deal with the case and above all, will always provide an earlier hearing date.

For further information or enquiries about booking Gail, contact Janet Jackson at chambers on 01482 323234 or by e-mail
