Michael represented a defendant charged with committing sexual offences against two different children in the 1990s. The case lasted for four days, heard before His Honour Judge Khan KC sitting at Hull Crown Court. The case involved allegations of abuse of trust, grooming and a witness confronting the defendant in his adulthood.
The jury unanimously acquitted Michael’s client after only an hour of deliberation.
