Oliver Shipley recently represented two respondents to an application for a Non-Molestation Order. After the first hearing, the applicant withdrew their application.
Upon making the costs application and making the legal argument, the court found the applicant had unreasonably pursued their application and engaged in unreasonable conduct, awarding a significant costs order in favour of both respondents.
Oliver drafted a comprehensive Skeleton Argument in support of his application and successfully persuaded the court to award significant costs in favour of his clients.
Well done Oliver!
