The trial of R v Harley Robinson is now underway at Hull Crown Court. The case is prosecuted by Charlotte Baines, led by Dafydd Enoch KC. The defendant is represented by Richard Wright KC leading Dale Brook. Richard and Dale are instructed by Richard Drew and Becky Shears from Barker and Copeman.
The defendant is accused of the murder of Jason Whincup. The trial is expected to last three weeks.
