The junior members of the civil team are available to accept instructions in cases allocated, or likely to be allocated, to the Fast Track or the Small Claims Track. These can include housing (nuisance, disrepair and similar claims) consumer law (contracts for cars, caravans, motor homes and other consumer goods) and personal injury (occupiers’ liability, employers’ liability, road traffic, slipping/tripping and similar claims).
