Our work has included advising on forfeiture, landlord’s consent, renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, rent reviews, disrepair and guarantors’ liability. We have particular experience in relation to public houses, restaurants, leisure parks and retail units, and frequently act for most of the largest public house companies in the UK. We also have a specialism in contractual and statutory arbitrations relating to lettings.
