All of the senior members of the team are available to advise or represent parties in cases arising out of the use, transfer and development of land. Issues covered include the validity and interpretation of options, contracts, and for leases, land registration, joint ownership and TOLATA, adverse possession claims, covenants, easements, boundary disputes, nuisance claims and cases about the duties of estate agents and valuers. We also have experience of local government property and obligations, including highways and public rights of way.
